1 cup - Cooked long grain rice
1 - Medium sized chopped onions
2 clove - Garlic
1" - Ginger
2 tsp - Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
1 Cup - Mixed/cooked Vegetables (cut beans, peas, potatoes, carrots)
2 - Green chillies
1 tsp - Vegetable oil
2 pinches - Cumin seeds
a fistful - Cilantro
4 - Cloves
1/2 tsp each - Cinnamon power and Cardamom powder
1/2 tsp - Black pepper
1. In a vessel heat a tsp of oil and season it with Cumin seeds, cloves, ginger, garlic and chillies.
2. Add chopped onions and when it turns golden yellow add cinnnamon power, cardamom power and black peppers.
3.Add vegetables and add lemon juice.
4.Add cooked rice and salt, mix it well.
5. Garnish with Cilantro.
Serve it with potato chips.
